St. Andrew's Community Network
Transforming our community by building relationships and changing lives.
St Andrew’s Community Network, is an independent charity, set up in 2002 to transform our community. The organisation came out of St Andrew’s Church’s desire to play a part in making our community a better place to live, by provding a range fo practical services to support local families and vulnerable people.
To do this we concentrate on working in 3 main areas;
- Promoting Good Money Management - we have a team of fully trained debt advisers and operate a credit union in collaboration with Partners Credit Union. We can also provide basic money education courses.
- Strengthening Families - Our family worker delivers the Incredible Years parenting course, and supports local families by helping them to link in with other agencies. We are the home of the North Liverpool Foodbank.
- Addressing Mental Health Issues - our staff and volunteers are training in listening and we operate a peer led depression support group. We are exploring community based counselling services locally.
North Liverpool Foodbank has its own website. Please click here for further information
Our main office are at Roscoe Primary School in Clubmoor.
