All meetings start at 7.30pm.
Attendance and Apologies
It is a rule of the PCC that if an elected member fails to attend two meetings without having given apologies, they will be removed from the PCC.
Apologies should be given to the PCC Secretary before the meeting in order to be correctly recorded in the minutes.
Agendas and Minutes
The agenda for each meeting will be circulated by email approximately one week prior to the meeting. Items for inclusion on the agenda should be given to the Chair or the Secretary before the agenda is due to be circulated.
If the item is of a substantive nature it should be included in the agenda and not raised under Any Other Business, as the rule allows only three minutes for discussion of each AOB item.
The Minutes will be circulated by email usually within two weeks of the meeting. PCC are members are expected to bring their own copy of both the agenda and the minutes, as no additional copies are available at the meeting.
