Leadership Structure
We believe leadership is an important part of a growing church. The Church is led by Rev Steve McGanity but there are also three main leadership groups that are involved in the running of the Church.
- The PCC is the main legal body and has responsibility for finance, buildings and the general running of the church. This meets 6 times a year.
- The Leadership Team oversees the direction, vision and development of the church. It meets twice a month.
- The Staff Team meets weekly and deals with the day to day running of the Church.
